

This system is terrible, communication is like pulling teeth. I cancelled as soon as I could but there is also no cancel procedure so I just sent cancellation requests out into the void that is the email/live chat/telephone. The live chat is especially bad, had no even simple answers. The options for how quickly the company responded are (under an hr, 2-12hrs, or over a week) and since it usually took about under 48hrs I'll just say that.
No response…closed without notifying..poor
