If you don't have a safe or easy way to accept packages at home, this is a great option. All my packages have been shipped to the location safely. I just wished that I got a notification sooner when packages arrive (right now, I get emails between 1-2 days after they received it).

Living in NYC the majority of my packages tend to get stolen. I also have a love of clothing and shoes and don’t have time to get them from stores, plus most don’t have a good selection compared to online. Long story short things to still fly. I can now get my packages delivered to a safe and secure spot. It’s already saved me over $500 in deliveries that would’ve been stolen this holiday season. My one complaint would be that they would improve the software to make it easier to upgrade your membership if you desire.

It was great but it took several days after the tracking number said it was delivered AND I had to reach out before to stowfly to see if it was delivered and as soon as I did I was notified that the package had arrived. Besides that it was a great and affordable experience.

If you live in Manhattan in a building without a doorman. This service is perfect because your packages will get delivered & you don’t have to be worried about stolen packages. It's what it says on the tin. You pay a relatively small fee and you can receive packages somewhere else. It's a good service and cheap. YMMV based on their partners, but the one I go to has always been good.

Service is great and affordable but for some cities in this casa LA there are no many location from where to pick. Customer service is great although they do not respond fast. I've never got a confirmation email and neither text message about my package arriving at destination (I checked spam and nothin) I had to talk to customer service in order to know if the location actually received the package

Pick-up was brezze with the store manager knowledgeable and very service minded. Providing a pick-up code is also a time saver, where the store manager with an app verifies. I was unaware of Stowfly until the other day. Recently, I moved into a new apartment building. A few of my new neighbors informed me that packages go missing/are presumably stolen, from time to time. In wanting to figure out a solution to mitigate package theft, I went to Google to do a little research. In short order I discovered Stowfly. Two days ago I decided I would give it a try with one of (the many) items that needed delivering for my home. I’m so glad I did! The process was incredibly simple and retrieving my item was a breeze. I look forward to using Stowfly again in the future.

I had trust issues from the first package holding service as I never received my things. With Stowfly, I was always updated and they even have a pickup code for security. Responsive and friendly, and works as advertised to some extent, but there are many things that can be improved, and hopefully they are being done. Only 3 locations in San Francisco, and that is a bit unacceptable.

I use the service to receive packages for my foster child without the sender knowing my address. I’m so glad this service exists. If I could improve the service, I would make the website more user friendly as it can be difficult to figure out how to make a package booking.

I started sending my packages here because they would get stolen from my building. I’ve sent a few so far during the past month and it has been very easy! I usually get a notification the day after it was delivered and pickup takes two seconds. Would recommend!
Sign up process was simple and fast. However, the address given after sign up and the address in the email was slightly different. Might be a bug. Notification and pickup from the store was pretty straightforward affair. I will definitely use their service again.
Few things you to think about: 1. No zip code was specified in the delivery address. I had to search for it at google map 2. When the seller's website has specific fields for first name and last name, it is impossible to mention the "c/o Stowfly" extension. I suggest having some guidance on how to specify the Stowfly affiliate when customer details are specific and the is no place for free text (maybe add it to the address line?). In my case, the receiving person couldn't know that package is Stowfly affiliate and had to make some phone call to confirm that (but package delivered well at the end)
Overall really good customer service. The only thing that could be improved would be more emphasis on when the locations are closed and making sure that if the locations are in residential areas they are not closed during the usual delivery hours of major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon etc.

As an international traveller, I recently used the Stowfly service for a one-off plan for an Amazon package. Pricing was affordable and sign-up was straight forward. I entered the delivery address details I received from Stowfly. The pick up locations were convenient but although I received an alert from Amazon that my parcel was delivered I did not receive one from Stowfly that my package was ready for pick up. It turns out that the postal attendant was unaware the Amazon package was linked to a Stowfly service because it’s not written on the package. This means they didn’t scan the parcel with Stowfly to trigger the SMS pick up notification. When I got signed up with Stowfly, I don’t believe there was any mention of including a note of Stowfly in your package’s delivery address. So if Amazon hadn’t given me the delivery confirmation email, I’d never have known my package was waiting for pick up. I recommend the Stowfly service but just add a note about Stowfly on your delivery address details to avoid possible delays!

Quick and easy service. Only thing is I didn’t get a confirmation from the pick-up location when the package arrived - I only knew because of the parcel delivery service. And the pick-up location was closed on weekends

Perfect for me visiting US as a tourist and needed to pick up some online things. It was up to me to keep track of the parcel since the store did not really manage to check the parcels in, they checked in the parcel at the time of my pick up, rendering the “your parcel have arrived” to be sent to me while I was picking it up. Great service though and smooth with Stowfly.

Delivery and pickup were smooth. The only downside was that although the package had arrived at the pickup location 48h prior I didn't receive a pickup notification. Otherwise I'm satisfied with the service and would use it again.

Hello, I created an account with Slowfly to get packages safely to my Granddaughter going to the University in New York. Packages were not received and it got stressful. I found this service it is on the way to her school, and she has successfully picked up several packages. It is well worth the extra funds for peace of mind. I think it is a win win for both customers and the sites owners. She is picking up at a small business and they are very friendly and there has been no issues. I am pleased!

Stowfly is a great service that allows me to conveniently get packages and not have to worry about them getting stolen.
This service have been a life saver for me. There is nothing more annoying than coming home and the Post Office, UPS, or Fed-ex leaving a sticker on your door of how they attempted to leave your package and now you have to wait a day and pray that you catch them. This place is so convenient to my home and they alert you when you have a package. It’s worth the monthly fee without a doubt.

Honestly, this is such a great idea. Got my package timely and it's a great option to have when you are unable to pick it up from your building. The store I picked up from was super friendly too, customer service responded to me quickly as well.

I was in New York for work (during Covid) and needed a reliable way to receive packages. Most of the people in the office where I was working were working remotely, so Stowfly allowed me to find a nearby center to send boxes. It was fast and efficient; I should've always been using their service (considering how many times packages didn't make it to me before at the office).

I decided to book the monthly subscription for Stowfly and was very pleased with the service. Stowfly provides great service and customer service is also prompt when i utilized it in the past and had a purchased a one time use code but had multiple packages arriving in that shipment. I definitely recommend Stowfly to make sure your packages are secure from porch pirates.

Great idea for a service. However, the pickup service may depend on the location you select. I had selected a business location, which, after I paid, I learned was only open until 3PM every day of the week. It would be difficult for working people to find a time to actually pick up the package. The other issue with this particular business was that the owner somewhat pressured me to buy a fancy beverage after I entered the shop. "We only get $1 per package so it's not a very worthwhile service for us." I'm not sure I will use this particular location again, so I hope Stowfly will be able to expand to other shops near me.
Good option for package recieving - however hours listed on stowfly site do not always reflect actual CURRENT hours for pickup location - so be orepared to wait a few extra days if you can't get in touch with anyone at your pickup location

As easy as it sounds, pick a place you want to ship to and pick up your package with a code. Would like more options to change locations / update settings from the UI side.
