Very good experience with stowfly. Was visiting NYC as a tourist from The Netherlands and wanted some shirts that were only sold online. Had them shipped to a stowfly pick up point near my hotel. Everithing went smooth

My package was never put into the system and ID was needed and had to go all the way back for an ID, not happy about the process.

Not great. The guy who was supposed to retrieve my package up on picking it up.. had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, or what stow fly was.. or how to like navigate obtaining my package. It was a round about back and fourth for a good 20 mins.
