Pick up location near Back Bay

They didn’t send me an email that it had arrived, but I got one from the delivery carier. When I came in to pick up my parcel they told me it wasn’t there and that they couldn’t help me. I insisted that they searched for it but they weren’t too happy with that. That is when I saw my parcel lying there. They gave it in the end. However I had another one that they didn’t want to look for and I had to come back the next day since they had no time to look at that moment. The next day, the same thing happened. And when I gor angey they finally went to the back to look for it. Really bad service!!

Easy to use

I picked up a package yesterday and this was very convenient! The only down side was that the employees didn’t put in my order in the system when it arrived so at first the person there was telling me there was no package for me. So I had to give him my name for him to confirm

Honestly super dope service! Just went in said my code and name and got by package! The store owner was super nice as well! He said that the app was a little tricky to use but from his end but worked well becides that. Will definitely be using the service again!
