Everything was exactly as I had hope. My package was safe any easy to pick up.
Packages received and picked up without any issues! Only thing is the store closed earlier than hours said.
Overall really good customer service. The only thing that could be improved would be more emphasis on when the locations are closed and making sure that if the locations are in residential areas they are not closed during the usual delivery hours of major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon etc.
I like how simple it is to reserve a location. My order arrived at the chosen location with no issues.
